Cabin Amenities:
- TV with digital antenna for some local Little Rock stations, outside charcoal grills, outside fire pits.
- Linens, towels, kitchen cookware, dishes and starter paper goods are provided.
- Extra charge will apply if hot tubs are left dirty, please shower prior to using.
- Smoking is allowed only outdoors, and we will charge a $1 per butt if we have to pick up off the ground.
Cabins at the Farm: Animals, fishing pond, easy access to the lake, large hot tub in the woods.
- Morning Sun Cottage – $110 per night
- Small one room Romance Cabin for two only.
- Two-person interior whirlpool with great wooded view.
- Small kitchen, separate shower, private setting and rear porch overlooking woods.

- Moss Creek Cottage – $125 per night
- Larger Family cabin with separate bedroom, full bath and full kitchen.
- Sleeps up to five with a queen, sofa and single roll around.
- Private four-person hot tub on rear porch overlooking woods.
- Lots of rocking chairs on covered porch.
- Washer and dryer.
Cabins at the Cove: Closer to the lake and dock, easy walk to water.
- Lizard Trail Lakefront House – $200 per night
- Nice large log house with three bedrooms, king, queen and two sets of bunks.
- Two full baths, washer and dryer, wood fireplace, eight place dining table.
- Full kitchen with Jenn-Air stovetop, two ovens and two refrigerators.
- Plenty of floor room for kids sleeping bags and mats.
- Wrap around rear porch overlooking the lake.
- Easy private trail walk to lake.
- Propane and charcoal grills.
- Cleaning fee extra on all rentals, varies with the size of the cabin.
- All Summer Rentals have two night minimum (three nights on Holiday Weekends).
- Sales tax rate is 10.125%

Please Note:
Puddin’ Ridge Country Cabins are in the country and can be hard to find, especially at night. If requested, we will send a detailed map when you make a reservation. We are approximately 8 miles outside of Greers Ferry where there are grocery stores, restaurants and marinas. We are about 35 miles from Heber Springs, 25 miles from Fairfield Bay, and 40 miles from Mountain View. Special note for some – We are a Dry County.
